Three things local agencies will not do
Japanese media, actually in stock
Vision screens, transit wraps and station media across 47 prefectures, priced and bookable on the page — not quoted three emails later. This is the catalogue most overseas fans cannot reach at all.
We file with the agency for you
Japanese and Korean media require the artist’s management to sign off on your artwork. We prepare the submission, chase the approval and come back with a yes or a fix list.
Four countries, one invoice
Run Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei and Bangkok on the same date for the same comeback. One brief, one payment, one person answering you — in English, Chinese, Korean or Japanese.
Booking it yourself vs. booking it here
- ×DM a local agency and wait for a reply in a language you do not read
- ×Prices only after you disclose your budget
- ×Bank transfer to a personal account, no receipt
- ×Agency permission is your problem to solve
- ×Artwork rejected late because it missed a spec nobody sent you
- ×One city per project, one contact per city
- ✓Every placement priced on the page, tax included
- ✓Card, Shop Pay, Alipay or bank transfer — in your currency
- ✓A proper invoice your fan project can show its backers
- ✓Agency permission handled as part of the booking
- ✓Artwork checked against each medium’s spec before it is submitted
- ✓Multi-country projects on a single order
How a booking works
Five steps · roughly 2–8 weeks
Pick the date and the screen
Choose by city, media type and budget. Birthdays and comebacks fill up first — Japanese media wants about two months notice, Taiwan takes three days.
We confirm availability
Ordering starts the hold. We check the slot with the media owner and confirm the exact posting window back to you, usually within two business days.
Prepare artwork and permission
Send us your design, or use our team. In parallel we file the permission request with the artist’s agency and send you their guidelines up front so nothing gets rejected late.
Submission and media review
We convert the artwork to the medium’s spec, submit it, and handle whatever the reviewer asks for. You approve the final proof before anything is printed or scheduled.
It goes up on the date you booked
Your ad runs for the window you paid for, in the place you chose. Tell your fandom where and when — and go stand in front of it if you can. That is the whole point.
Questions fans actually ask
Do I need permission from the agency?
For most Japanese and Korean media, yes — the artist’s management has to approve the artwork before it can be posted. We prepare and file that request as part of your booking, and we send you their published guidelines before you design anything so you are not redoing work.
Can an individual book, or do I need a company?
Individuals can book everything listed here. The one exception is Japanese railway station posters, which require a company filing — those are not in this catalogue. If your fan project is registered as an organisation, ask us and we will open them up.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Japan is the slowest: eight weeks before the posting date is comfortable, and popular birthday windows go earlier than that. Korea runs about three weeks, Thailand two, and Taiwanese convenience-store screens can go live three days out.
How do we pay if the fandom is splitting the cost?
Collect however your group already collects — one organiser pays here with a card, Shop Pay, Alipay or a bank transfer. Prices display in your local currency across our six markets, and you get a proper invoice for the group.
Can I run the same ad in more than one country?
That is the reason this exists. Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei and Bangkok on the same comeback date, one brief, one payment. Tell us the date and the budget and we will put the combination together.
What if the slot I want is already taken?
We will tell you within two business days and offer the nearest alternative — a neighbouring screen, or the same screen on an adjacent window. Nothing is charged as final until availability is confirmed.
Tell us the date. We will find the screen.
Send us the artist, the city and roughly what the fandom has raised. You will get real options with real prices back, not a form reply.
