1. If the ad space cannot be secured, we will refund the full purchase amount (including the system usage fee) to the buyer.
2. Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled at the buyer's request. We will, however, issue a full refund in the following cases:
   • If we cancel the ad placement for unavoidable reasons, such as permission not being granted by the agency or rights holder
   • Any other case in which we determine a refund to be appropriate
3. The timing and method of a refund may vary depending on the payment method and the payment provider.
